At Arrow Advertising, we are committed to delivering high-quality advertising services and client satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of advertising, the following are non-refundable once work has started:

Paid media placements (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.)

Creative or strategic work already delivered or in progress

Campaigns that have already launched
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:

A duplicate payment was made

There was a technical error on our part that prevented service delivery

We failed to deliver services as outlined in a signed agreement
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
3. Cancellation Policy
Campaigns may be canceled in writing with at least [X days] notice. If work has not begun, a partial refund may be issued (minus admin or prep costs).
4. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
