We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, build strong sales teams, and expand our presence in new and existing markets.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition, manage and develop sales teams, and execute growth strategies. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a performance-based environment and is driven by both income potential and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

Drive new business development and close new client accounts

Recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales representatives

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals

Lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching

Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports

Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Expand Arrow Advertising’s footprint within assigned territories

Collaborate with operations to ensure successful campaign delivery

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, or business development

Strong closing and negotiation skills

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive

Experience in marketing, advertising, or field sales preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in leadership growth

Requirements

Core Qualifications

The ideal candidate for Sales Manager at Arrow Advertising is a driven leader with a passion for growth, people, and performance.

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or business development

  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Experience in building, training, and leading sales teams

  • Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation and performance incentives

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Background in marketing, advertising, or field sales (door-to-door, B2B, or service-based sales strongly preferred)
