Our company is committed to delivering high-quality services, measurable results, and maintaining professional relationships built on honesty, accountability, and mutual respect.

3. Guaranteed Return on Investment (ROI) Policy

Arrow Advertising LLC does guarantee a return on investment (ROI) on marketing and advertising services when campaigns are executed in accordance with agreed-upon strategies, timelines, and client responsibilities.

• ROI is defined as measurable business growth, lead generation, increased exposure, or customer acquisition attributable to Arrow Advertising LLC’s marketing efforts.

• The ROI guarantee applies only when the client fully complies with campaign requirements, provides accurate information, approves materials in a timely manner, and follows recommended marketing strategies.

• Results may vary based on market conditions, industry competition, client pricing, service quality, and consumer behavior.

• The ROI guarantee does not constitute a promise of specific revenue amounts or profit margins, but rather measurable marketing performance and business impact.

Failure by the client to meet their responsibilities may void the ROI guarantee.

4. Sales Policy

All Sales Are Final:
All purchases, contracts, and service agreements with Arrow Advertising LLC are final. Once payment is received, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of advertising, marketing, and creative services—where time, labor, strategy, and resources are immediately allocated—no refunds will be provided once a project or campaign has begun. Clients are responsible for reviewing all proposals, proofs, and drafts prior to approval.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices:
All invoices must be paid according to the terms stated on the invoice (due upon receipt, net terms, or otherwise specified).

Agreement to Terms:
Payment of an invoice constitutes full acceptance of all Arrow Advertising LLC policies, procedures, and terms.

Nonpayment:
Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of services, cancellation of campaigns, forfeiture of deliverables, and/or legal action to recover outstanding balances.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Arrow Advertising LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual, business, or organization at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate, unethical, or unlawful project requests

• Violation of company policies or agreements

• Nonpayment, chargeback attempts, or prior disputes

• Behavior that may damage the company’s reputation or operations

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information

• Reviewing and approving creative materials prior to launch

• Ensuring all provided content is free of copyright, trademark, or legal violations

• Acting in good faith to support campaign success

8. Confidentiality

Arrow Advertising LLC respects client confidentiality. All proprietary or sensitive information shared during a project will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law.

9. Revisions and Project Scope

Revisions are limited to what is outlined in the client’s proposal or agreement. Any changes, additions, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

10. Policy Updates

Arrow Advertising LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Acknowledgment

By engaging with Arrow Advertising LLC, requesting services, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Policies and Procedures outlined herein.

 

Policies and procedures are subject to change without notice. Arrow Advertising LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We do not tolerate slander, bullying, harassment, or misinformation directed toward our company, staff, or clients.
