Key Responsibilities
Distribute flyers and marketing materials according to assigned routes
Accurately complete delivery tasks and meet daily distribution goals
Maintain a professional and friendly image while representing Arrow Advertising
Track routes and submit delivery reports
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
Communicate progress and issues with supervisors
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation and smartphone required
Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors
Strong time management and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
No experience required — training provided
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk several miles per shift
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
