About the Role
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, strong leadership skills, and experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, local, and direct marketing.
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; optimize strategies based on insights to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, operations, and external partners to ensure campaigns are cohesive and effective.
Leadership: Mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10+ years of marketing experience, with proven success in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, analytics tools, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Data-driven, analytical thinker with the ability to measure, interpret, and act on campaign results.
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, local advertising, or door-to-door marketing is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
