Arcadia Set to Host Super Smash Bros. Brawl Tournament at Historic Opera House

Arcadia is preparing for an afternoon of high-energy gaming as Offbeat Studios and Entertainment gets ready to host a Super Smash Bros. Brawl Tournament later this month.

The event is scheduled for February 21, with the tournament set to begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Historic Opera House, located at 106 West Oak Street in Arcadia. Participants from across the region are expected to attend, ranging from casual players to experienced competitors, all competing for bragging rights in the popular Nintendo fighting game.

The tournament will feature competitive bracket-style matchups displayed on the big screen, giving players the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of a live audience. Organizers say attendees can expect an exciting atmosphere filled with intense gameplay and crowd engagement throughout the event.

Cosplayers are also encouraged to attend, adding an additional layer of entertainment and creativity to the competition beyond traditional tournament play.
